If you have requested an exchange, we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned item(s). You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. We only accept exchange item(s) purchased within 10 days (including shipping time) for Taiwan customer and 20 days (including shipping time) for other oversea customer.
If you received defective product(s), including item(s) damaged during delivery. Please contact us via email or any our official online platforms. An evidence will be required, such as clear photographs of damaged goods. Please provide your *purchased name, *order number and*product name if you request a refund or return. We will reply as soon as possible.
Please notice that all plated surface will gradually come off and all silver items will slightly turn tarnish after a while. This is normal for metal goods. We do not accept these conditions as faulty goods. Please find our maintenance instruction for more information.
